Donor Impact

With the support of our dedicated donor community, HOPE drove meaningful impact in 2025.

236 graduates completed HOPE’s leadership programs, joining a national alumnae network of 2,200+ changemakers. Through 15+ in-person convenings and virtual learning experiences, HOPE reached over 2,500 participants, advancing civic engagement, leadership development, healthcare access, education, and economic mobility nationwide.

We elevated national conversations through the release of the Economic Status of Latinas National Report and advanced equitable healthcare solutions with the California Equity in Maternal Health Report, developed in partnership with BWOPA-TILE.

HOPE sponsored 5 bills and advanced 15+ legislative priorities across California. A defining milestone came with Governor Gavin Newsom signing SB 702 (Limón) into law, marking the culmination of four years of sustained advocacy led by HOPE and authored by Senate Pro Tem Monique Limón.
