The 32nd Annual Latina Action Day
Launched in 1994, is the only statewide conference that centers the voices and lived experiences of Latinas at policymaking tables. Each year, hundreds of leaders from every region of California come together to engage directly with elected officials, share perspectives, and discuss policies that shape our state.
Through town halls, public hearings, and workshops, HOPE provides participants with opportunities to strengthen their networks, build social capital, and connect across diverse communities. In these spaces, we honor the trailblazing leadership of Latinas while advancing civic engagement and collective action to strengthen our democracy for the benefit of all Californians.
Community Partners
HOPE’s community partner program is open to non-profits, organizations, institutions, and small businesses. Community partners must be a minimum group of five and will receive discounted ticket pricing, group-assigned seating, logo recognition on the Latina Action Day event page with a link to their website, and additional perks!
Group seating is organized by sponsor and community partner tier level and assigned by our event organizers to promote relationship building and foster new connections. If you are interested in attending this event as part of a group, we invite you to review our sponsor & community partner program!

Testimonials
The opportunity to connect with other Latinas in the government affairs space is an invaluable experience — Latina Action Day brings us together and builds a safe space for the community to foster in.
“The speakers were vulnerable with their journeys, inspirational and relatable. Their messages very often hit home for me, and I felt seen and heard in their stories. I attend many conferences, but I don’t often find a story/speaker that I can relate to; at HOPE, that is rarely the case. My cup fills up at HOPE events.”
HOPE programs and educational events are open to all individuals who support Latina leadership to strengthen our democracy and advance economic mobility for all.
