2025 Economic Status of Latinas National Report

To learn more about Texas and Latinas on a national scale, HOPE’s Economic Status of Latinas National Report examines the economic realities Latinas face across the United States. The report highlights their growing influence as a workforce and entrepreneurial force, showing how Latinas are shaping industries and communities alike, while also revealing persistent barriers such as wage inequality, student debt, and childcare, that limit their full potential.

Despite these challenges, Latinas continue to lead, innovate, and expand their presence across key sectors of the economy. They drive America’s economy, contributing $1.3 trillion to GDP and shaping a rapidly growing workforce, yet these obstacles continue to hold back their opportunities for prosperity.
