HOPE Alumnae Summit
The HOPE Alumnae Summit is a biennial, two-day retreat designed for graduates of HOPE’s leadership programs. This transformative gathering creates space for Latina leaders to reconnect, reflect, and recharge alongside a powerful community of peers.
Through dynamic conversations with public servants, executives, and changemakers, the Summit offers fresh insights on topics such as economic resilience, Latinas in corporate America, and holistic wellness. More than a professional development event, the Summit inspires alumnae to realign their leadership journeys, prioritize personal well-being, and recommit to driving change in their communities and careers.
HOPE Alumnae Roster
The HOPE Alumnae Roster showcases the extraordinary leadership and achievements of graduates from HOPE’s signature leadership programs. Since 1999, more than 1,800 individuals have participated in these initiatives—building a powerful, cross-sector network of changemakers driving impact locally, nationally, and beyond.
More than a directory, the Roster is a dynamic tool that allows alumnae to connect across programs, expand their professional networks, and collaborate with peers. It also serves as a platform to spotlight alumnae expertise to external partners, recruiters, and appointment officials seeking Latina leaders for boards, commissions, and executive roles.

Latina Appointments Collaborative
Joining the Latina Appointments Collaborative is your pathway to shaping California’s future by serving on local and statewide commissions, boards, and committees. These influential roles give you the platform to elevate Latina voices and provide critical guidance on issues impacting your community.
As a member of the Collaborative, you’ll gain access to training, tools, and resources to help you navigate the appointments process and position yourself for board opportunities across the state. Your profile will also be shared with key decision-makers and appointing authorities seeking diverse leadership.

Regional Leadership Hubs
HOPE’s Regional Leadership Hubs create local spaces for HOPE alumnae to continue growing as advocates and leaders in education, healthcare, and economic development. Based in key regions across California, the hubs bring together Latina changemakers to deepen their skills, expand their networks, and drive impact in their communities.
Through regular gatherings, the hubs coordinate advocacy efforts on policies that advance our communities, provide ongoing leadership development and networking opportunities, and strengthen Latina representation across government, nonprofits, and business.
By fostering collaboration and amplifying Latina voices, the Regional Leadership Hubs ensure more Latinas lead and influence decisions in the sectors that shape our future.
