POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTS
Senior Program Manager
The Senior Program Manager will primarily work on HOPE’s adult programmatic areas; inclusive of The HOPE Leadership Institute (HLI) and HOPE Binational Program and other adult leadership programs as assigned. They also support HOPE’s Public Policy work, by training HLI participants on HOPE’s policy agenda, supporting the mobilization of the network to advance various policy initiatives. The Senior Program Manager creates and manages key relationships to further the goals of all the adult training/leadership programs HOPE runs. They oversee developing and managing relationships with participants of HLI, alumnae, speakers, key partners, sponsors, legislative staff, and facilitators / trainers. They are one of the leads advising on the HLI curriculum, facilitating, and ensuring all the details and logistics of the HLI program is completed.
Programs & Recruitment Manager
The Programs & Recruitment Manager creates and manages key relationships to further the goals of all the HOPE leadership programs. They oversee the development of and manage relationships with participants of the various leadership programs, alumnae, speakers, key partners, and facilitators / trainers. This is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles.
