Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) has been working to provide a critical voice to Latinas to develop their personal growth, prosperity, and political clout. Throughout the years, HOPE has served the Latina community with innovative programming that provides leadership development, statewide networking opportunities, experiential learning, and one on one interaction with local, state, and federal officials and agencies.

HOPE is committed to a diverse workforce with representation from every walk of life. We recognize how our organization is greatly enhanced when we unite people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

The Policy Director leads public policy analysis and advocacy efforts for HOPE in California.
