The Corporate Track research project is a groundbreaking study that aims to advance business in California by:
- Defining the role of Latinas in corporations
- Identifying factors that facilitate and/or impede the career advancement of Latinas
- Assessing how corporate culture influences the career advancement of Latinas
To participate in this groundbreaking research project you must:
- Work in a publicly held corporation
- Have been contacted by HOPE via U.S. mail
- Be employed as an executive or manager/supervisor
