The Corporate Track research project is a groundbreaking study that aims to advance business in California by:

• Defining the role of Latinas in corporations
• Identifying factors that facilitate and/or impede the career advancement of Latinas
• Assessing how corporate culture influences the career advancement of Latinas

To participate in this groundbreaking research project you must:

• Work in a publicly held corporation
• Have been contacted by HOPE via U.S. mail
• Be employed as an executive or manager/supervisor
