Julie Sandino is a professional event and finance expert with more than 17 years of experience leading public, private and non-profit campaigns. Sandio is Founder and President of Sandino Consulting, in Sacramento with clients and projects that have included: The Packard Foundation, U.S. Sen. Hillary Clinton, International Communications Fleishman-Hillard, Inc., National Women's Political Caucus of CA, and the CA Latino Legislative Caucus. Julie is a graduate of Saint Mary's College in Moraga, CA with a B.A. in Government.
