Profiles In Leadership

HOPE's Profiles in Leadership began in 2001 to highlight Latina Leaders and their contributions to society. These success stories are profiled in the hope that the valuable experiences and accomplishments may inspire other Latinas to achieve their full potential. Each issue has a different theme ranging from Leadership to Education to Financial Success. Visit the Profiles in Leadership Archive to read all of our previous issues. Yammilette G. Rodriguez
HOPE Leadership Institute alumna Yammilette Rodriguez’s passion is working with the community. Norma has stated that she never has had a fear of socializing with people of all ethnic backgrounds. Early in her career, she envisioned a life of travel and worked towards pursuing her goal of attaining a job that would satisfy her international interest of the world. Read more...
