In 2007, Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) began tackling the issue of Latinas in executive leadership in California’s corporations. HOPE launched this research effort to inform a broader community about the needs of, and possibilities for, Latinas in the corporate sector.

Hispanas Organized for Political Equality (HOPE) commissioned Bendixen & Associates to conduct a poll of California Latina registered voters to measure their comfort with technology and social networking for political organizing purposes, as well as measure the key issues that would best engage them beyond voting.
