As Latinas grow in numbers, their impact will also increase. HOPE.ACT.VOTE. aims to mobilize California’s 1.6 million Latina registered voters by building and channeling their political power in various ways.

HOPE.ACT.VOTE. is a campaign to empower Latinas in 3 keys ways:

  • You can register to vote or get other Latinas to register to vote
  • You can look up and contact your elected officials
  • You can become a “Change Agent” by taking action on important legislative that affects Latinas

HOPE.ACT.HEALTH. (HAH), a program under the HOPE.ACT., aims to educate and mobilize California’s Latinas through focused trainings in health care policy and health care reform. For over 15 years, HOPE has been advocating within the health field to ensure quality and cost effective coverage for Latinas. Recently, HOPE has partnered with The California Endowment to further educate and engage Latinas throughout California about the implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
